The main control board (PCBA) is the core electronic component responsible for atomization, battery display, and start-stop control of the entire device. The PCBA wire connection process is a foundational assembly step to ensure the stable operation of the product’s circuitry. The entire process is manually performed with high precision on a dust-free, anti-static (ESD) assembly line, strictly controlling the precision of wire soldering and connection to eliminate potential circuit failures at the source.

The workstation surfaces are neatly partitioned and organized, with black plastic inner shells and individual main control circuit boards stacked separately to avoid assembly errors caused by mixed parts. Operators wear anti-static cleanroom uniforms and manually complete the precise alignment and connection between the main board and wiring terminals. They carefully differentiate multi-colored wires (such as red, blue, and white) to accurately match them with the corresponding solder joints on the circuit board, ensuring that every wire is correctly aligned with no incorrect connections, missed connections, or bent/damaged wires.
During operation, workers complete the wire insertion and securing piece by piece, conducting an immediate self-inspection after connecting each set of wires. They check whether the wire connections are secure, whether the wire insulation is pinched or damaged, and whether the component leads are misaligned, preventing future issues such as power failure, atomization malfunction, or abnormal indicator lights. Once the wire connection is completed, the semi-finished products are gathered into dedicated material trays and transferred to the next assembly station.
The workshop strictly controls workstation cleanliness, with surfaces regularly cleared of dust and debris to prevent tiny impurities from adhering to the circuit board and causing short circuits. The entire process follows a standardized operating model based on individual self-inspection, ensuring no minor defect in wire connections is overlooked. This guarantees that the circuit connection of every main board is stable and reliable, solidifying the circuit safety and operational stability of the complete device, and providing qualified electronic semi-finished products for subsequent final assembly and performance testing.
Notably, the owner of this e-cigarette factory also owns a source PCBA manufacturing facility. The main control boards used in this e-cigarette factory are custom-made by the owner’s own PCBA factory specifically for this facility, ensuring absolute stability in terms of quality.
