All e-cigarette products after assembly, oil filling, and polishing are transferred together to the cosmetic inspection area. They are placed in designated zones inside anti-static plastic turnover boxes and categorized by color and specification to prevent mixing materials and causing inspection confusion. Factory operators wear anti-static clean work clothes, hold the products individually sealed in aluminum foil bags, and meticulously inspect the overall appearance of the entire device from multiple angles.
The entire inspection process covers every detail of the device:
- Checking one by one whether the shell surface has scratches, paint peeling, burrs, or dents;
- Verifying whether the body logo engraving is clear, centered, and free of blurring or broken print;
- Checking if the joints fit tightly without gaps or glue overflow;
- Simultaneously examining wear-prone areas like corners and buttons to eliminate stains, color variations, and all other types of cosmetic defects.
To be certain, a single-person 100% full inspection process is executed for every single e-cigarette. If any defect is found, it is immediately sorted out individually for centralized rework. Only products that pass the inspection are kept to move on to the next packaging stage. The entire process features zone management and piece-by-piece checking, leaving no tiny cosmetic issue unnoticed.
