The assembly process is the core process for e-cigarette product shaping. Our cooperated factory built a standardized dust-free and anti-static assembly workshop, adopting a fully manual assembly line with a division-of-labor operation mode. It finely splits the assembly steps and strictly controls every assembly detail, guaranteeing the product quality stability from the root.
The assembly workshop as a whole is a clean and dust-proof space, equipped with a complete ventilation, purification, and lighting system. The floors and tabletops are all treated with anti-static processing. All on-duty employees uniformly wear anti-static dust-free work clothes and hats to isolate dust and static electricity from causing damage to internal electronic components, ensuring a clean and stable assembly environment. The assembly line is arranged in sections according to the product assembly logic. Each worker performs their own duties, splitting into multiple stations such as component pre-assembly, internal structure splicing, circuit alignment, outer shell closing, and initial function inspection, achieving fine division of labor and reducing the assembly error rate.
During assembly operation, workers wear protective gloves to gently complete the alignment and assembly of battery cells, atomization components, outer shells, and other parts. Every time they complete an assembly step, they will do an immediate self-check to confirm that the parts fit tightly, the wiring has no misalignment, and the outer shell has no scratches. The whole assembly line sets roaming inspectors to do round-trip random checks on the assembly status of semi-finished products throughout the whole process. Once any assembly defect is found, it is immediately sorted out for rework, preventing defective products from flowing into the next process.
The neat and orderly assembly line, standardized manual operation specifications, and multi-level self-check and roaming inspection mechanism make the internal structure assembly of every single product accurate and in place. It balances product stability and appearance integrity, delivering qualified semi-finished products for subsequent processes like engraving, polishing, and packaging, building a solid foundation for product quality with solid assembly technology.
