First, workers re-check the products that have already passed the full quality inspection. They carefully inspect the appearance and labeling to ensure that every single item is flawless and nothing is missed. Next, they use transparent protective material for the initial wrap, gently securing the product to prevent bumps and scratches during transit—acting as the first layer of security for the product. Then, the wrapped products are placed smoothly into individual packaging boxes. Workers carefully align the positions and cross-check the accessories list to ensure every kit includes all required components without error. After that, workers carefully seal the packaging boxes and check if the seals are secure to ensure proper packaging integrity. Finally, they organize and stack the boxes by batch, verifying product information against batch labels to guarantee full traceability and clear batch identification for every item.
The entire process is carried out in an anti-static, dust-free environment. The workers handle every detail with focus and precision. Through purely manual patience and attention to detail, they ensure that every product is delivered safely to the user in clean, pristine condition.
